Who We Are
Aarc-West Group of Companies was founded in November 1994 as a small commercial
mechanical insulation contractor in Langley BC. Over the years Aarc-West has grown from a
small, specialized company into the large, diversified company that is among the leaders in the
Mechanical Insulation and related industries today. We have expanded regionally into other
parts of BC as well as into Alberta and the US. We also expanded our offerings to include
complementary businesses such as industrial and marine insulation, industrial coatings,
scaffolding, and firestopping. Through this expansion, and its commitment of offering the
highest level of Safety, Quality and Service, Aarc-West has garnered the trust of its customers
to be able to address multiple scopes on a project and complete this on time and on budget.
The management team at Aarc-West has extensive years of industry experience in all facets of
the mechanical insulation and related industries as owners, operation managers, finance
managers, project managers, estimators, and field applicators. The principals of Aarc-West also
take an active, day-to-day role in the business and continue to maintain a hands-on approach
with the management of the company.
As President and Operations Manager of Aarc-West, Chris Ceraldi ensures that all customers
continue to receive the highest standards in Safety, Quality and Service that Aarc-West has
become known for.
As CFO of Aarc-West, Jeanette Santa Juana ensures that the group runs smoothly and efficiently
on the administration side and to ensure we are always at the forefront of technology.
Aarc-West estimators are trained and up to date in the latest industry systems and methods.
This ensures Aarc-West’s customers’ pricing is always competitive and consistent.
